We want you to feel confident when purchasing PluginLogix products. All of our plugins are digital software delivered instantly, and we stand behind their quality. If you experience an issue that we cannot resolve, we offer a full refund within 14 days of your purchase.
We offer refunds when:
You request the refund within 14 days of purchase
- You request the refund within 14 days of purchase
- The plugin does not function as advertised
- You experience a technical issue that we cannot resolve
- The plugin is incompatible with your environment despite meeting the stated requirements
We do NOT offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Purchasing the wrong product
- Lack of technical knowledge to use WordPress or WooCommerce
- Issues caused by third‑party themes, plugins, or custom code
- Failure to read the product description or documentation
- Renewal payments (you can cancel anytime before renewal)
Refunds
Before requesting a refund
Our support team will work with you to diagnose and resolve the issue. Most problems are caused by theme conflicts, caching, or configuration and we can usually fix them quickly.
We typically process refunds within 3–5 business days.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
How to request a refund
Send us a message through our Contact page with:
- Your order number
- The email used at checkout
- A brief description of the issue
- Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
